Every conversation your customers start, answered in seconds.
Talkzen puts WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, web chat, email and SMS into one inbox, and lets an AI agent you train handle the first reply. Under your brand, not ours.
Four steps, one afternoon.
No integration project, no developer on standby. You connect the channels you already use and the agent starts from your own material.
Connect your channels
Scan a QR for WhatsApp, authorise Instagram and Messenger, paste one line of script for web chat. Each channel takes about two minutes.
Feed it what you know
Point it at your site, upload your price list and PDFs, paste your FAQ. The agent answers from your material and says so when it does not know.
Set the handover rules
You decide what the AI closes on its own and what goes to a person: refunds over a threshold, angry tone, a named account. Everything else it handles.
Put your brand on it
Your logo, your domain, your colours, your sender identity. Nothing in the interface says Talkzen unless you want it to.
It is not just a shared inbox.
Underneath the conversations is everything you need to turn them into work actually done.
An AI agent trained on your own documents
Give it your price lists, terms and FAQ, tell it what it must never say, and it answers from those. It reads images and voice notes, and it can reply by voice too. You pick the model: OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter or Azure, with your own keys if you prefer.
average reply under 10 seconds
Hand over to a person
When a human is needed, the conversation lands with them. And the automation stops on its own the moment a colleague starts typing.
node types
Conditions, waits, data capture, and connections to n8n, Make, Sheets, Stripe and your own APIs.
Conversations become deals
A sales pipeline wired to the chats: deals move stage on their own when what you decided actually happens, and the customer is told.
Campaigns that do not get you blocked
Bulk sends with approved templates, spread across several numbers, with the safeguards that keep the account alive.
Appointments booked inside the chat
Wired to your Google Calendar or Zoho, the agent checks real availability and books the slot inside the conversation. Without sending the customer off to another site.
Under your brand
Your domain, your logo, your colours. If you resell digital services, you run every client from one panel and you set the prices.
One inbox. The channels people actually use.
Conversations arrive with full history, whatever the channel. Your team replies from one place, and the customer never notices the seam.
Not every conversation waits for the customer.
Talkzen is not only for answering. Find businesses on Google Maps, check which of them you can actually reach on WhatsApp, and start the campaign from there. The replies come back to the same inbox, where the AI agent picks them up.
Search Google Maps
Type what you are after — restaurants in Salerno, software companies in Campania — and add an area. The search widens itself into several variations, so you do not stop at the first twenty results.
Check the number on WhatsApp
Every number found is verified: active WhatsApp account, or not. Only the businesses you can actually reach stay on the list — before you spend a single message on the ones you cannot.
Tag and segment
Apply tags and custom fields to the whole selection as you import it. Contacts land in your address book already sorted, ready to be cut into segments.
Send the campaign
Templates, segments, scheduling, anti-ban protection and several accounts in parallel. The analytics tell you what landed and what answered.
And here the circle closes. Whoever replies does not land in a spreadsheet: they land in the same inbox where the AI agent answers in seconds, with everything already known about them. Prospecting and support stop being two different tools.
What each plan carries
| Plan | Campaigns | Recipients | On top of the basics |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 2 | 100 | — |
| Starter | 10 | 1.000 | Templates, segments |
| Professional | 50 | 5.000 | Advanced scheduling, anti-ban protection |
| Enterprise | 200 | 25.000 | Multiple accounts, campaign analytics |
One thing we would rather say before you sign up than after: what Google Maps gives you is business data, and contacting a company on the number it publishes is not the same as writing to a private individual. You stay the data controller, and WhatsApp's own rules about who may receive a first message still apply. We supply the tools and the anti-ban protection; the lawful basis is your call, and it is worth making it deliberately.
Where a missed message is a lost customer.
Dental practices, salons, estate agencies, car dealerships, restaurants, hotels and guest houses, vets, gyms, workshops, professional firms.

What people ask before signing up.
What does whitelabel actually mean here?
Your customers see your name everywhere: your logo in the interface, your domain in the address bar, your colours, your address on outgoing email. Talkzen is not mentioned in anything a customer sees. Enterprise adds custom branding, so the fit with your own identity goes deeper still.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. Connecting channels is a QR scan or an authorisation click. The web chat widget is one script tag, which is the only place anyone touches code — and your site builder probably has a field for it. Custom integrations exist from Professional up, for teams that want them, not because you need them.
What happens when the AI does not know the answer?
It says so and hands over, rather than inventing something. You set the handover rules: a topic, a tone, an order value, a specific customer. The conversation lands in the human queue with everything said so far, so nobody has to ask the customer to repeat.
Where does my data live?
On servers in the European Union. We are the data processor and you are the controller; a DPA is available on request and is part of the Enterprise contract by default. Conversations are never used to train models shared with anyone else.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Up or down at any time from your account. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Cancelling stops the next charge — no notice period and no exit fee. Your data stays exportable for 30 days afterwards.
How are the plan limits counted?
Users are the people with a seat in your account. Contacts are the end customers you have stored. Channels are the connections you keep active — one WhatsApp number is one channel. Flows are the automations you have built. All four are ceilings, not monthly allowances: nothing resets, nothing is consumed, and you are never charged for going over without agreeing to it first.
See it answer your own customers.
The free plan takes a card number from nobody. Connect one channel, point it at your site, and watch what it does with the next real message.
