You're the first human voice prospects hear from Talkzen. Your job: turn cold contacts into qualified appointments for our Closers. High volume of outreach (calls, DMs, emails) and quick disqualification of bad fits.

What you'll do

  • Reach 80-120 prospects/day via calls, LinkedIn, and email sequences
  • Qualify leads against ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
  • Book discovery calls into Closers' calendars
  • Keep CRM clean and up to date (HubSpot)

What we look for

  • Thick skin, high energy, naturally persuasive
  • Native Italian or Spanish, professional English
  • Fast learner, coachable, hungry for growth
  • Bonus: previous BDR/SDR/cold-calling experience

A step up from Setter โ€” you own outbound strategy on specific verticals and accounts. You design sequences, A/B test scripts, build target lists and pass warm, qualified opportunities to Closers.

What you'll do

  • Build target account lists by ICP and run multi-channel outbound
  • Lead full discovery calls โ€” pain, budget, authority, timeline
  • Iterate sequences, messaging, hooks โ€” work like a marketer
  • Pass SQLs to Closers with complete context

What we look for

  • 1-3 years SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS, ideally martech or sales tools
  • Process-oriented but creative โ€” you test, measure, improve
  • Comfortable with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Native Italian or Spanish + fluent English

You take warm opportunities from SDRs and turn them into closed-won deals. Demos, technical Q&A, objection handling, negotiation, contract โ€” end-to-end ownership from first meeting to signature.

What you'll do

  • Run 3-5 demos/day on qualified opportunities from SDRs
  • Handle objections, build business cases, negotiate pricing
  • Close deals โ€” Starter to Enterprise, ARR โ‚ฌ5K to โ‚ฌ50K+
  • Forecast accurately and hit quarterly quota

What we look for

  • 3+ years closing B2B SaaS, ideally martech/CX/comms space
  • Track record of hitting/exceeding โ‚ฌ500K+ ARR quotas
  • Strong discovery โ€” you ask the right questions and listen hard
  • Native Italian or Spanish + fluent business English
Compensation: โ‚ฌ45-60K base + 50-100% OTE on closed-won ARR
